The Information Regulator eServices Portal provides a range of digital services to help
public and private bodies comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
and the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). Services include Information Officer
registration, PAIA Annual Report submissions, compliance self-assessments, and more.
All services on this portal are currently provided free of charge. Should any service become subject
to a fee in future, affected parties will be notified in advance.
